Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly, but we’ll always keep you informed via email updates.

Shipping Timeframe

Delivery timelines vary based on your location and carrier availability. For domestic shipments, expect your order to arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. International deliveries may take 10–20 business days, depending on customs processing. Note that unforeseen circumstances like weather disruptions or regional holidays may occasionally cause delays.

We recommend placing orders well in advance for time-sensitive needs, as all stated timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

We offer transparent and competitive shipping rates tailored to your order value:

  • Standard Shipping (10–15 Business Days): $15 for orders under $60
  • Free Shipping (10–15 Business Days): Automatically applied to orders totaling $60 or more

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your cart total and destination. No hidden charges apply.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to most countries across North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. Some remote locations or areas with postal restrictions may be excluded. During checkout, our system will automatically verify whether we can deliver to your address.

For customers in regions with complex import regulations (e.g., certain Middle Eastern countries), additional documentation may be required. We’ll notify you promptly if such requirements apply to your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing:

Delayed or Lost Shipments

For lost packages confirmed by the carrier, we’ll either reship your items (subject to availability) or issue a full refund—your choice.

Customs & Import Duties

We declare all packages with accurate product descriptions and values to comply with global shipping regulations.

Note: Refused shipments due to unpaid duties will incur return shipping fees deducted from your refund.
